The Key Account Manager (KAM) is mainly responsible for managing and developing key-accounts and improving the results of the key accounts.

Responsible for the development of sales strategies, aimed at the achievement or surpassing of pre-determined sales objectives for supporting the growth of the company’s business (WD, referencing, range, shelf, activation, revenue management).
- Deal with modern distribution accounts and oversee the expansion of sales, introducing new products/services to clients and organising visits to current and potential clients.
- Responsible for the development of sales strategies & sales objectives.
- Management of budget, and staff negotiation.
- Achieve company’s sales and promotional policy.
- Implement the Company’s sales policy
- Analysis and follow up of client profitability.
- Regularly manage each client’s budget, seeking maximum payback for each action.
- Negotiate annual agreements based on forecasts, seeking the maximum of counterparts. Preparation of sales forecasts for the client.
- Ensure regular activities in the stores, in addition to obtaining the best standards of execution in the point of sales.
- Coordinate with the international team on annual plan, establishing objectives, deciding on actions and present the local view.
University degree :- Business management or relevant
