Job Description

As a Transactional Buyer, MEA&EECA , you will be a key member of the Procurement Team, supporting markets that contribute to business growth in the hot beverages category. This role encompasses procurement process support across the MEA (Morocco & South Africa& Turkey) and EECA (Kazakhstan & Uzbekistan & Georgia)  . In addition to core responsibilities, the role also provides transactional procurement support for the following indirect and direct categories: Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Capital Expenditures (CAPEX/MES), and Raw & Packaging Materials.

The Transactional Buyer, MEA&EECA reports directly to the Procurement Manager and plays a vital role in ensuring efficient procurement operations within the assigned regions and categories.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in administrative support or procurement functions
  • Proficiency in both Turkish and English, with strong communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, including purchase order (PO) creation and modification, Infor record management, and source list maintenance
  • Experience in generating reports and performing transactional activities
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous or dynamic environments
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
