
We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a passionate Supply Chain Planning Manager looking to get stuck into a dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this pivotal role, you will cover both Demand and Supply aspects of planning from overseas and local manufacturing sites, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
You’ll be responsible for managing key supply channels and driving the accuracy of our demand forecasting and Integrated Business (IBP) processes. Success in this role means aligning forecasts with inventory and production schedules through close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Production teams. You’ll work alongside the Operations, Logistics, Customer Service teams to continuously assess and optimise processes. and learnings from external factors.
This role includes leading a team of three direct reports whom you will mentor and develop, fostering a high-performance culture. We’re looking for someone who is forward-thinking, continuously seeks improvement, and brings a strategic mindset grounded in industry best practices.
