Job Description

Begin your internship in September 2025 as Talent Management Intern by our international headquarters in Amsterdam and/or Utrecht. During this internship, you will be contributing and supporting the learning and development culture within JDEP Netherlands and you will support the team in various Talent Management projects.

Your Key Activities:

  • Contribute to the development and roll-out of tools, materials and communication around Learning & Development, Performance Management, Talent Management and Engagement
  • The planning and organizing of various trainings and communicating about this with stakeholders
  • Coordinating and facilitating the onboarding program for new associates
  • Administrative support and mailbox management for the Learning & Development department
  • Maintaining and improving digital learning solutions and learning systems
  • Thinking about sustainable employability, engagement and performance initiatives

Qualifications

Here's What We're Looking For

  • Academic Program: You are enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in HR, Educational Science, Pedagogy, Human Resource Development (HRD), Psychology, or Sociology
  • Skillset: You are proficient with MS Office and speak and write fluent Dutch and English. Do you already have experience with learning systems or organizing trainings? Then that’s a plus!
  • Personal traits: You work in a structured manner, are energetic and proactive, communicate easily and enjoy working in a team, but you are also independent.
  • Availability: You are available for at least 5 months, ideally from September 2025 to January 2026
  • Working days: You can intern at least 4 days a week, with three days in the office and one day from home - a nice mix of collaboration and independent work

  • Your internship should be included in your study curriculum and directly contribute to your academic results.
  • Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JDE Peet's and if you are joining our Research departments, you must also sign an NDA agreement for internships.
  • You are either an EU (EEA) student residing in the Netherlands during the internship or
  • a Non-EU(EEA) student enrolled and living in the Netherlands during the internship.
