Job Description

Working with cross-functional, regional, and global teams, you implement a portfolio strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth. You support P&L management, future business development plans and objectives including new product development and opportunities.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:

Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will develop brand annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources. In addition, you will offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop, and execute marketing plans and pricings/de-pricings with finance that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives. Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns.

Qualifications

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Management or Finance). MSc/MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in FMCG BRAND MANAGEMENT (important!)
  • Marketing skills including ATL/BTL development, knowledge in media, research briefing & analysis, market analysis, consumer insights development, measurement & tracking of initiatives, product & packaging development, concept development
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills; know how to manage P&L
  • Experience utilizing Nielsen, GFK, and other research data reporting and analysis
  • Excellent communication skills to manage diverse relationship both locally & internationally
  • Ability to identify patterns and triggers in data and develop action plans in response
  • Proven experience in developing, executing, and delivering growth initiatives within the FMCG
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including a track record of developing and driving initiatives that achieve objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Strong bias for action
  • Ability to lead project team
  • Strong computer skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
