Job Description

Senior Brand Manager is responsible for portfolio deployment, range management, campaign translation and execution, artwork translation, local brand management and compiling and sharing key market insights conform agreed brand meaning and visual identity.

  • Defines and achieves the financial plan for a category. This by achieving the defined market share and brand equity targets.
  • Working with local team generates ideas for NPD and implements NPD’s for local and global brands, to ensure category and brand growth. Manages local product adaptations within the context of central innovation decision making and coordinates all activities within the scope of local launches of New Product Development or Product Adaptations.
  • Manages external communication activities (including social media) and maintains relationship with local media all in line with the communication and media strategy as defined by the Category Marketing Leader.
  • Defines and implements the category plan, to achieve the defined targets in line with the global brand strategy. Supports the translation of the category strategy guidelines into local marketing campaign by managing local execution of advertisement and promotion activities.
  • Manages product adaptations within the context of central innovation decision making and coordinated all activities within the scope of launches of New Product Development or Product Adaptations.
  • Translates brand packaging design guidelines into brand artwork.
  • Manage and develops brands (i.e. developing brand meaning & visual identity, manage local product adaptations etc.) within central Category guidelines and is responsible for executing brand activation by using above-and below-the-line instruments within the context of central brand activation guidelines.
  • Is responsible for compiling knowledge and key market insight and sharing this information with the central marketing organization for potential innovations and trends.
  • Conduct Market Research data and analysis.

Qualifications

Education: University graduated

Must have:

  • minimum 5 years work experience in marketing in FMCG.
  • Strong leadership skills and attention to details and technical term.
  • Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of product development
  • Analytical and time-management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills both Thai and English.
